We take pride in our ability to safely store your belongings so we offer a FREE policy for every customer. However, if you want additional peace of mind you can upgrade your insurance plan during the scheduling process.
If we are the contracted provider for your College or University, you will receive correspondence from Residence Life with available pickup and delivery dates. If we are not the contracted provider, please reach out directly and we can provide an estimate and scheduling for your storage pickup or delivery.
For on-campus pickups and deliveries, student prices are a one-time cost for the entire storage period. There are three storage periods throughout the year: fall semester, spring semester, and summer break. Listed pricing covers an entire storage period.
On-campus or contracted schools will show pickup and delivery pricing during the sign-up process. For students living off-campus, we can provide an accurate quote once we have the requested service date, time, and other relevant information. Please reach out via form or directly via email.
Items may stay in storage as long as needed. Pricing is per storage period (3 per year). After a period has ended, you will be charged for another period if your items are still with us. Periods are not pro-rated.
Yes, we can ship items globally via our partnerships with FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Each shipping quote is custom based on destination, declared value, package size, speed of delivery, and more. Please reach out to our team to facilitate a shipment.
