Pricing varies by location, space size, and service level. Private warehouse bays start at competitive monthly rates that include all utilities, taxes, insurance, and equipment access. Managed warehousing services like pallet storage are priced per pallet per month. Contact us for a same-day quote tailored to your specific needs. If we are the contracted provider for your College or University, you will receive correspondence from Residence Life with available pickup and delivery dates. If we are not the contracted provider, please reach out directly and we can provide an estimate and scheduling for your storage pickup or delivery.
Everything. Your monthly rate covers rent, utilities, property taxes, insurance, building maintenance, common area upkeep, loading dock access, forklift use, and basic security. There are no NNN charges, CAM fees, or surprise invoices. Same invoice every month.
No. We offer month-to-month terms for both private warehouse bays and managed warehousing services. You can scale up, scale down, or move out with reasonable notice. No multi-year commitments required.
Yes. Every facility has commercial loading docks that accommodate full-size tractor trailers. You can receive LTL and FTL freight shipments directly. For managed warehousing clients, our team receives on your behalf — inspecting, counting, and logging each delivery even when you’re not on-site.
We operate four facilities in Greater Boston: Braintree (near Routes 3 and 93), Rockland (near Route 3), Easton (near Route 24), and Medford (near I-93 and Route 28). All locations offer easy highway access for freight and delivery vehicles.
No. We work with businesses storing as few as a handful of pallets up to clients managing thousands of square feet of inventory. Our model is built to serve small and mid-size businesses that are underserved by large national logistics providers.
